REACH Israel 2026: Where Real Estate Innovation Meets Real-World Impact

Real estate is being rebuilt from the ground up- and REACH Israel is leading the charge.

Second Century Ventures Announces the 2026 REACH Israel Cohort - Three Years of Proven Impact, Driving Real Value Across Global Real Estate.

TEL AVIV, Israel (April 2026)– REACH Israel, the proptech accelerator backed by Second Century Ventures, is proud to announce its 2026 cohort - the latest milestone in a three-year journey that has cemented the program as a dominant force in real estate innovation.

Since its founding, REACH Israel has done more than identify promising startups. With 23 companies across three cohorts, the program has built a proven, growing body of evidence: that Israeli proptech is not just innovative - it delivers. The technologies in our portfolio are actively reshaping how real estate is built, operated, financed, and experienced- generating measurable, real-world value for industry players and partners across the globe.

The 2026 cohort adds seven more companies to that legacy. Spanning AI-powered investment workflows, construction quality control, sustainable energy infrastructure, and blockchain-secured financial transactions, each company was selected not only for the strength of its technology, but for its ability to solve the real, operational challenges facing the real estate industry today-and to scale those solutions globally.

"Three years in, the results speak for themselves," said Sivan Blasenheim, Managing Partner of REACH Israel. "Every cohort has strengthened our conviction: the most powerful technologies are those that solve real problems, integrate into real workflows, and create real value for the people and businesses that build and operate our world. The 2026 cohort embodies exactly that."

"What excites me most about this cohort is where these companies are headed," added Ran Laufer, Managing Partner of REACH Israel. "We are at an inflection point in real estate- the industry is ready to absorb deep technology in ways it wasn't even three years ago. These seven companies are not building for today's market; they are building the infrastructure that will define how real estate operates for the next decade."

Led by Managing Partners Sivan Blasenheim and Ran Laufer, alongside Director Tal Rath, REACH Israel delivers a rigorous, milestone-driven program featuring strategic planning, one-on-one mentorship, a masterclass series, executive roundtables, and multiple Demo Day experiences- all designed to accelerate growth and unlock global market access.
